This Privacy Policy sets out how Biddable Solutions Ltd controls and uses your personal information. It covers any information we collect, data provided by you or provided by one of our clients about their customers which may also include you. We do not accept any responsibility for data which you have provided to us that has been processed by a third party, or that you have collected yourself. Nor do we accept any responsibility for data you provide to another company which we may link to through our website, management systems or other documentation.

What information do we collect?

We collect and processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way, other than as specified in this notice.

The data may include, but is not limited to:

We also collect and process details of your visits to our website and the pages that you access, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media platforms to ensure we provide content in the most effective manner for your preferences and for your devices.

We only collect data in a lawful and transparent way.

How will we use the data we collect?

We only use the data we collect or you provide us with for legitimate and specific purposes.

For us to operate effectively we collect and process data about clients, future clients and supplies as follows:

Sales & Marketing

We will occasionally send you marketing information where we have assessed that it is beneficial to you as a customer and in our interests. Such information will be non-intrusive and is processed on the grounds of legitimate interests

  • Connection with you on Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Tracking your online behaviour via IP address or cookies for analysis of website usage

How do we store and access data?

The personal information we collect is stored in secure hosted environments such as our CRM (Client Relationship Management) and File Storage provided to us by a third party.

The information we collect about you is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided. We will only use it for additional purposes if we have received your prior consent to do so.

The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored and processed on a third party platform. This may result in your data being stored in a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When selecting third party platforms, we always seek data processing agreements that are compliant with EU/EEA regulation.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Biddable Solutions Ltd will store your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Typically for client data this is 7 years to comply with tax and insurance regulations. Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

How we transfer your data

The information you provide may be shared with employees within our organisation so that we can deal with your enquiry or request. It may also be transferred between our secure hosted platforms. We will not share your information with any third parties other than when we are legally obliged to do so.

We will not sell your information to any third party, unless Biddable Solutions Ltd is sold itself.

How you can access, update or remove your data

You may, at any time, choose to restrict the collection, use or retention of your personal information and to withdraw your consent for us to process and store that information.

You have the right to ask us the following:

If you believe that we hold any incomplete or inaccurate data about you, you have the right to ask us to correct and/or complete the information and we will strive to do so as quickly as possible; unless there is a valid reason for not doing so, at which point you will be notified.

Restricting or Deleting your data

You also have the right to request erasure of your personal data or to restrict processing (where applicable) in accordance with the data protection laws; as well as to object to any direct marketing from us. Where applicable, you have the right to data portability of your information and the right to be informed about any automated decision-making we may use. We may need to retain some data for financial reasons, and to ensure we do not contact you again if requested).

Please provide two forms of identification to prove you are the individual requesting the data. We will contact you within one month of receiving your request. Your initial request will be processed free of charge, however we reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for excessive or repetitive access requests.

Reporting a potential data breach

We will report any suspected data breach immediately to the ICO.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy was last updated on 20th May 2018.

It will be reviewed annually but may be updated if required sooner.
